Apple TV 4k has an extensive list of 4k movies to choose from, with most titles featuring High Dynamic Range color enhancements either with Dolby Vision (the majority of movies) or HDR10. They also recently added Dolby Atmos to select titles, allowing advanced, multi-channel immersive audio through systems that support it.
Studio 8’s Alpha is only available in Digital 4k (not on Ultra HD Blu-ray) from select services and includes Dolby Vision. Gladiator, Saving Private Ryan and The Big Lebowski are older films that were recently released to Ultra HD Blu-ray and now available in Digital 4k. And, now all three of The Matrix trilogy films are available in 4k as well as the entire Twilight Saga franchise.
As far as audio, 99% of titles have at least Dolby Digital 5.1, but Apple just recently added Dolby Atmos to over 200 digital movies. If you’re into great sound, new movies that feature Dolby Atmos immersive audio include Blackkklansman, Blindspotting, Skyscraper, The Spy Who Dumped Me, and Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 1 and Part 2.
Unfortunately, Disney titles such as Ant-Man and the Wasp, Christopher Robin, and Solo: A Star Wars Story are not available in 4k on Apple because of whatever digital distribution deals the two companies have.
