  1. Andrew says:

are they going to release black panther in 4k on Netflix when it comes out?

  2. Tim says:

Just search HDR, Ultra HD or 4K on Netflix. It gives you a list.

    1. Twist says:

I don’t have Netflix, genius. This list on this site is important to determine if paying an extra couple bucks a month is worth it, here’s a hint, it is not, this list is pathetic.

      1. Un-Twist says:

@Twist Must suck when $3/a month is this big a deal to you. Best of luck!

    2. Danny says:

Do u need the upgraded version of Netflix or no

  3. John kennedy says:

How about your company does what amazon does do the 4k and stream the 1080p movies for the same price don’t you guys make enough money

    1. John kennedy says:

The streaming should be the same price unless you wanna rent or buy the movie from amazon but shouldn’t your company as some advice your streaming should allow 4k not have people pay more to stream a movie in 4k just some advice netflix also put it in the info saying ultra hd just advice the 4k it more realistic and lifelike

      1. John kennedy says:

I like picking your selection but seriously paying more for 4k is ridiculous on your part and your customer base would love it too bad I don’t work for the company

        1. Roger says:

You have a choice, Netflix is a for profit company, and it cost more to have 4k source, not everyone has a 4k TV, so I think the pricing is great for the 4k premium options, and you get 5 accounts to use. I don’t see anything wrong with it. Netflix, keep up the great original programming!!!!

        2. Steve Green says:

Your posts would be easier to read if you bothered with punctuation.

          1. Maballes Aiken says:

[email protected]#k punctuation and [email protected]#k you too

  4. Mark says:

I’ve got a new Sony 65xf9005 and tried Netflix again. As with my previous tv 4K with HDR is awful on Netflix. 4K is better but still much worse than upscaled bluray to 4K on this tv. Movies on bluray upscaled to 4K are way way better than anything on Netflix.

  5. davidbe says:

I have seen some forum posts that Lost in Space was made in Dolby Vision but can’t confirm and it is not on your list. Does anyone know for sure? It does have DD+Atmos audio, which I can confirm.

    1. christ says:

I just got off chat with neflix about this and they confrmed that is is NOT currently 4k, just HRD. though, Digging in a little, sounds like someone MAY have just not uploaded the 4k stream… She told me to check back in a couple days.

  6. Jim Price says:

Altered Carbon which has stunning 5th Element/ Blade Runner type environments with more colors than a Pollock painting, not offered in 4k?

    1. Jim Price says:

Altered Carbon which has stunning 5th Element/ Blade Runner type environments with more colors than a Pollock painting, not offered in 4k? After more research, it does appear to be, and was left off this list.

    2. Jeff Chabot says:

Jim thanks. We just hadn’t added it yet.

  7. L says:

Tried it also tried full he still blocky and not that colourful don’t see much change waste of money in my opinion

  8. Colin says:

4K quality does not really exist on Netflix only a few things. I find YouTube to have far better quality.

  9. Rob says:

Other than Netflix Original content they really don’t offer 4K content I wouldn’t waste the money- it is almost offensive they charge a 30% premium on the subscription rate to offer almost nothing.

  10. Frank says:

Those are all tv shows. Are there no movies?

  11. Chad says:

I have the 4k. And really not a very good selection. Out of all the 4k movies they have theres only 7-8 movies total any person would watch. So until they improve the selection, my advice would be to wait.

  12. Ron says:

You should offer a free trial period for 4K movies so I can decide if it’s worth the extra money.

    1. steven says:

I agree…I am on the fence about to upgrade or not…

    2. Gary Stricklin says:

      I agree

    3. rigsby says:

iv’e got a month free trial with netflix 4k but cant find a decent film to watch…will cancel at end of free month

    4. Brian says:

you can afford 4k, but you can’t spend a couple of bucks to try it? whiner.

      1. morefiend says:

        LOL Snort.

      2. Roger says:

Totally Agree, its $13.99 a month, and you get 5 accounts!!! Also if you have the correct settings and you have good internet, Netflix original programs are phenomenal in 4k. If you have a 4k TV there is no reason not to have or be watching 4k content, it is much better. Either you are not sitting close enough or you don’t have a big enough TV. Simple as that.

  13. Tim Kibbey says:

Could you guys get the arrow in 4k?

  14. Taha Bhutta says:

You are missing Gerald’s Game which is also in 4k.
