All the hype these days is about 4k TVs with High Dynamic Range (HDR) support, but most of the 4k TVs on the market don’t support HDR. That’s not true about Samsung’s SUHD line of 4k Ultra HD TVs — all of which support the next-gen video specification.
But 4k TVs with HDR can be a lot more expensive. Samsung’s UN65JS8500 65-Inch 4K TV carries a hefty list price of $3,999 on Amazon, but right now the TV has been discounted down to $1,997. That’s $2,000 of the MSRP, and a great deal for an Ultra HD TV that supports HDR.
Features of the UN65JS8500 include active 3D support, 240CMR (Effective) refresh rate, Smart TV integration, and built-in WiFi. Image enhancements include Precision Black and Peak Illuminator Pro for deep, rich contrast, and Contrast Enhancer for improved depth.
Jump over to Amazon to pick up a Samsung SUHD 4k TV while at this price. Amazon also has the 48-inch and 55-inch models from the JS8500 series on sale for $1,797.
