Want to use your Apple Watch as a remote control for Hulu? The most recent update to the Hulu app for iOS includes support for Apple Watch, with the ability to control Hulu content playback and captions. There’s only one catch though, the Apple Watch support only works in tandem with Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and Chromecast.
The Version 4.4.1 Hulu app for iOS devices (iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch) also includes some performance improvements and bug fixes.
Hulu recently added all episodes of the long-running show Seinfeld for Hulu Plus subscribers. Earlier this month, Hulu also added the stand-alone SHOWTIME streaming service.
Hulu Plus costs $7.99 per month, while the SHOWTIME streaming service costs an additional $8.99 per month. High-speed internet service is required.
Other apps that recently added support for Apple Watch include CinemaNow, the DirecTV app for iPhone, the ESPN app, and the NBA Game Time app.
