‘Starhawk’ public beta released for PlayStation Plus members

LightBox and Santa Monica Studios have released a public beta for the upcoming game "Starhawk." "Starhawk" is a multiplayer 3rd-person shooter that follows Santa Monica Studio's '07 release "Warhawk."

Hulu’s “Battleground” to hit next month

Hulu will launch an original TV show next month titled "Battleground" that follows Hulu's first original documentary "A Day In The Life" which premiered last fall. "Battleground" is described as a "workplace dramedy" focusing on a political campaign for a Senate seat in Wisconsin.

HBO GO/MAX GO launch on Time Warner Cable with no Roku support

NASA public TV channel to transmit in HD

New UltraViolet titles announced for 2012

At CES, the Digital Entertainment Content Ecosystem (DECE) announced plans to release "hundreds" of titles to the UltraViolet format in 2012. The collective studios, including Sony Pictures, Universal and Warner Bros. and now Paramount, plan to include UltraViolet copies on upcoming Blu-ray Disc & DVD releases as well as electronic sell through.
