So you thought Black Friday and Cyber Monday hosted the best deals for the holidays? Well, Walmart has just announced the BIG Christmas Event which Santa might even retweet. A few electronics deals Walmart is advertising include: a Vizio 32″ Class 1080p LED HDTV for $298; a Vizio 3D Blu-ray Player with Built-in WiFi for $98; and, select Xbox 360, Wii, and PS3 games for $39.96 each.
The BIG Christmas Event starts at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 17. Walmart has also extended it’s holiday shipping deadlines by one day. The company says you can now order products online until 11:30 p.m. PT on Dec. 20 and get standard shipping to your home in time for Christmas.
Walmart tapped into a recent stat from the National Retail Federation which claims that the average person has only done 4.6 percent of their shopping. Needless to say the company  didn’t waste any time in setting up their BIG Christmas Event.
