`The League’ picked up for Season Four on FX

FX Network will pick up another season of the TV show “The League,” an improvisational comedy about a fantasy football league. The show first aired in 2009 and will start producing season four next summer. This season the show has averaged about 1.7 million viewers, which is a 25% increase over last year’s season. “The League” was created by husband-wife team Jeff Schaffer (“Curb Your Enthusiasm”) and Jackie Marcus Schaffer (“Disburbia”). The FX show broadcasts in HD quality (720p or 1080i) and can be watched on these FX channels:
