Kmart has announced Black Friday deals starting on Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011. According to a Kmart rep the store is “marking down popular products in every department,” but here are a few deals on electronics, video games and entertainment we picked out of their list. At the top of the deals is Kmart’s “Lowest price ever” on a 42″ Panasonic plasma HDTV at $399.
