PlayStation Home gets update & redesign

Sony’s PlayStation Home will get an update & redesign on Thursday, Nov. 3 that offers more free games and social features building on community events and user-generated content. The redesign will be available for U.S. and Canadian PlayStation members. New free-to-play games include “Bootleggers ’29,” “PlayStation Home Hold ‘Em,” “RC Rally and Cogs.” Added Home destinations include the “Action District,” “Sportswalk,” “Adventure District,” and “Peir Park.” Sony says PlayStation Home will now have over 230 ready-to-play games and 10,000 virtual items to explore.
