The new HD channels available to Comcast subscribers in those areas include: Fuse HD, IFC HD, MGM HD, Bio HD, Cartoon Network HD, E! HD, WE HD, Travel Channel HD, Lifetime HD, Nick HD, Planet Green HD, Lifetime Movie Network HD, Disney HD, ESPN News HD, and Spike HD.
Comcast also digitized many former analog channels to gain more bandwidth for HD programming, internet, and On Demand titles. On Wednesday the company converted 27 analog channels to digital in Keego Harbor, Orchard Lake, Southfield, Lathrup Village, Oak Park, West Bloomfield Township, Sylvan Lake and Royal Oak Township.
