Free Dish channel previews start today

Channels include DIY, OWN, HBO and Cinemax in HD.

Starting today, Sept. 13, Dish Network is offering free channel previews including several in high-definition. DIY Network HD (Ch. 111) and Oprah Winfrey’s Network OWN HD (Ch. 189) are both free until October 9, 2012. HBO and Cinemax channels will also be offered in HD, however those previews start on Friday, Sept. 15 and end on Saturday, Sept. 17. Non-HD channel previews starting today include Current (Ch. 215) and GSN (Ch. 116) which are both free until Oct. 9, and TheBlaze (Ch. 212) which runs from Sept. 12 through Sept. 26.
