As promised, Google TV has made the Apple TV and Apple TV+ available on the new Chromecast with Google TV.
Google says the Apple TV app will be rolling out for additional Google TV devices in the future including Google TVs from Sony and TCL and more Android TV-powered devices.
“With Google TV, you’ll be able to see Apple Originals in your personalized recommendations and search results, making it even easier to find your favorite shows and movies.” – Google
The Apple TV integration can be accessed by Google Assistant to open the Apple TV app or play an Apple+ Original show or movie.
