Sony’s PlayStation Vue offers live television channels via multiple platforms such as PlayStation consoles, Fire TV, Apple mobile phones and tablets, and Chromecast (through compatible iOS and Android devices). Today, the service announced NFL Network is now available to stream 24/7 for those who subscribe to the Core or Elite plans.
In addition, NFL RedZone is available as an add-on for $39.99 for the entire regular season that starts on Sunday, September 11th. Like NFL Network, members need to be subscribed to the Core or Elite plans to get RedZone. NFL RedZone is only available during Sunday games.
Much like other internet TV products such as Sling TV, the over-the-top service doesn’t require a long term contract or agreement. PlayStation Vue first launched in March, 2015, but has since grown to more availability nationwide.
PlayStation Vue recently launched for Roku players and Roku TV models in the US, making over 100 channels available to subscribers through the app channel.
