Although the format takes much longer to download, Vudu’s HDX digital format is their finest “HD” quality with video presented in 1080p at 24 frames-per-second. Audio is typically formatted in Dolby Digital Plus 5.1.
Quite a few of the titles on Vudu also include Bonus Features, so you can get more than just the film with the digital purchase. And, Vudu titles will also be added to your UltraViolet library. (UV purchases have been redeemable with Vudu since 2012.)
