Noah starring Russell Crowe and Jennifer Connelly is now available on Blu-ray and DVD disc editions. The Paramount Pictures’ blockbuster is packaged in several variations, including exclusive editions from Best Buy, Target and Walmart. Here’s a look at the disc variations, followed by a price comparison of each.
Best Buy has an exclusive Noah edition in SteelBook packaging that comes with a Blu-ray Disc, DVD, and Digital Copy via both UltraViolet and iTunes. The edition, with a list price of $26.99, only appears to be exclusive in its packaging.
Target has an exclusive Blu-ray edition in wood packaging (simulated wood, but fitting considering the topic of the film), and over 45 minutes of behind-the-scenes content. The edition from Target includes a Blu-ray, DVD, Digital Copy (UltraViolet/iTunes) and Bonus Blu-ray Disc. The edition has a list-price of $22.99.
And, a Walmart exclusive with Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital Copy includes a 12-track music CD with music inspired by the film from top Christian artists such as For King & Country, Chris August, and Jason Castro. MSRP of the edition is $39.99.
The non-exclusive Noah Blu-ray combo edition (available at most other retailers) includes Blu-ray Disc, DVD, and Digital HD copy through UltraViolet and iTunes. You might also find this edition with a sticker for a $10 Movie Card that expires Sept. 14, 2014 (see Amazon options below). The gift card requires internet connection and a printer to create the card, with a limit of two per customer. List price of edition is $39.99.
