Not only were Comic-Con: San Diego attendees treated to the long awaited trailer for Mad Max: Fury Road, but they also got a glimpse of what Francis Lawrence’s The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 will look like when it hits US theaters on November 21, 2014. Lionsgate has provided a one-minute teaser trailer that will get you in the ‘Hunger Games’ spirit once again.
The film will again star Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen, along with Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Julianne Moore, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Woody Harrelson, Jeffrey Wright, Stanley Tucci, and Donald Sutherland.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 is directed by Francis Lawrence from a screenplay by Danny Strong and Peter Craig and produced by Nina Jacobson’s Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik. The novel on which the film is based is the third in a trilogy written by Suzanne Collins that has over 65 million copies in print in the U.S. alone.
