It’s been waaay too long since the last Riddick movie. But this weekend we got a glimpse of the upcoming film starring Vin Diesel. The 22-second trailer doesn’t give too much to go on, and some of the monsters and sets look similar to those in Pitch Black and ‘Cronicles.’ But still we’re excited to see Diesel back for another epic and hoping the script adds something new to the Riddick worlds. Karl Urban is also listed in the cast to return as Vaako — so we’re interested to see where he falls into the story. The teaser trailer from Universal slates Riddick for release on Sept. 6, 2013.
