In Connecticut, Charter Communications is now broadcasting Boston Redsox and Boston Bruins games in the Litchfield & New Haven areas. Charter just signed a deal with the New England Sports Network (NESN) to carry the games, which will air on channel 35 in SD and channel 774 in HD. “[] The timing couldn’t be better,” said NESN president Sean McGrail. “The Red Sox are about to begin the 2012 season and the Bruins are readying themselves for the start of the playoffs to defend the Stanley Cup,” he added.
