‘Resistance 3’ multiplayer beta with Patch 2.05 available to download

Insomniac Games has released the “Resistance 3” multiplayer beta demo with Patch 2.05 on the PlayStation Store. Several patches were released publicly over the last couple of weeks fixing various problems such as invisible play, the occuring message “Game Has Already Ended During the match,” and server timeout issues. Insomniac says this will most likely be the last patch until the release date of Sept. 6, 2011. The patch fixes several orders including general stability, freezing, and lag/framerate issues. The beta download is somewhat buried on the PlayStation Store so we suggest simply doing a search for “Resistance 3” to pull it up quicker. Pre-order Resistance 3 before its release date on September 6, 2011 in either Standard or Doomsday Edition and get an access code for the Air Fuel Grenade weapon useable in the Single Player Campaign.
