DIRECTV adds 4 HD channels to the lineup

New hi-def channels are few and far between these days, so the addition of 4 HD channels to the DIRECTV lineup comes as a welcome surprise. But only customers subscribed to the premium SD channels will get the high-definition versions. The new HD channels include 5StarMAX HD East, HBO2 West HD, @MAX HD East and WMax HD East. You can find the associated channels in your DIRECTV guide, where the the new channels are being promoted among the listings. DIRECTV recently launched Spanish language network TeleFutura in HD in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, Florida areas.
