Sprint will start selling the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 this Friday online, over the phone, and direct ship through Sprint Stores. (However, the tablet will hit Sprint retail stores a month later on July 24th.) The Android-based Galaxy Tab features a 10.1-inch touchscreen at 1280×800 HD resolution, 16GB harddrive, 1GB RAM, and cameras on both sides. For 3G/4G connectivity, the tablet is loaded with either an Overdrive Pro 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot by Sierra Wireless or MiFi 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot by Novatel Wireless. Sprint will sell the 16GB model for $499.
