Almost a year ago they were ripped from our laptops. But now they’re back. The “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” and “The Colbert Report” are back on Hulu, after the online company signed a distribution agreement with Viacom Networks.
The agreement brings back the two shows, as well as other Viacom networks, to the free ad-supported Hulu.com as well as the paid service Hulu Plus.
Viacom networks named in the deal include Comedy Central, MTV, BET, VH1, Spike TV, and TV Land — both current episodes and archived shows are online.
Through the Viacom deal, Hulu Plus will also get the TV shows Jersey Shore, Tosh.0, Teen Mom 2, Manswers, Let’s Stay Together, and Hot in Cleveland 21 days after they air.
