The three Jason Bourne films are out this week on Blu-ray Disc and will be the first titles to be released on Universal’s “flipper discs,” containing Blu-ray content on one side and standard DVD content on the other. The discs, if flipped to the correct side, will be playable on either Blu-ray or DVD players. (The Bourne Trilogy, containing all three films on Blu-ray, will release next week.)
Season five of Weeds also hits the shelves this week, containing all 13 episodes from 2009. The hit Showtime series has won a Golden Globe (best performance Mary-Louise Parker) and has received numerous Emmy nominations. You can now preview episodes of Season Five in HD via Amazon’s Video On Demand service.
