January is typically the slowest month for game releases and 2009 is no different. This week brings us only two new HD game releases.
Coming to both the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3, being released on February 5th, is World in Conflict: Soviet Assault. This is an action strategy game that takes place in an alternate future where the Cold War never ended. In World in Conflict: Soviet Assault, you can battle against the USSR in a single player WWIII campaign or with up to sixteen people online on multiple US and European fronts. This game has been rated T by the ESRB.
Also, available on the Xbox 360 on February 5th is Samurai Warriors 2: Extreme Legends . This is a stand alone expansion/follow up to Samurai Warriors 2. The game offers new characters, battlefields and new features to the original action game. This expansion can be played on its own or it can be used in conjunction with the original game. Samurai Warriors 2: Extreme Legends has been rated T by the ESRB.
