Comcast added 3 new high-definition channels to its service in Philadelphia, PA today. The new HD channels include USA HD (Ch. 222), Discovery HD (Ch. 224), and Sci Fi HD (Ch. 226). The company also announced it has over 1000 HD choices including VOD.
“Whether it’s movies, sports, network shows or other programming, we will bring HD to our customers the way they want to watch it – live or on their own schedule,” said Amy Smith, regional senior vice president of Comcast’s Freedom Region serving the Philadelphia Metro area and New Jersey.
