Cox Communications will offer customers a new “Plus Package” that includes any combination of the new Trio programming guide, expanded DVR storage, Whole Home DVR and 27 HD channels all for the subscription fee of $5.00 per month. Comcast’s target launch date for the Plus Package was on or after December 14, 2010.
New HD channels offered by Cox in the Hampton Roads, VA area include the Outdoor Channel HD, The Hub HD, Cooking Channel HD and premium channels such as HBO Family HD, Starz Comedy HD, and Showtime Extreme HD. (See full list below.)
