The release date, disc specs, and details about the home media release of John Wick: Chapter 4 on disc and digital have been officially announced. The film will first arrive for digital purchase on May 23, followed by Blu-ray, 4k Blu-ray, and DVD on June 13, 2023.
Update: Some customers who pre-ordered John Wick: Chapter 4 started receiving copies on June 6, a week ahead of the official release date. Copies of the film have also been found in stores such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. Update 2: The release date of record now appears to be June 9, 2023.
The bonus features with the physical media releases, some of which may or may not be included with the digital purchase of the movie, have also been revealed. Those extras include eleven featurettes and two movie trailers. (See details below.)
On 4k Blu-ray, the film is presented in 2160p (4k) with Dolby Vision/HDR10 specs. The soundtrack is offered in Dolby Atmos/Dolby TrueHD 7.1 channels on both Blu-ray formats.
English Descriptive Audio, French 5.1 Dolby Audio, and Spanish 5.1 Dolby Audio are also included on both the 4k Blu-ray and Blu-ray. Subtitles are included on both discs for the main feature in English, English SDH, Spanish, and French.
