Oscar-nominated Green Book from director Peter Farrelly will release to Blu-ray Disc, 4k Blu-ray and DVD on March 12. An early digital release, however, in HD or 4k/HDR is expected on February 19.
On Blu-ray, Green Book is presented in 2.00:1 widescreen aspect ratio in either 1080p (Blu-ray) or 2160p (4k Blu-ray) video resolution. The 4k Blu-ray version includes High Dynamic Range metadata to increase the color depth and contrast with HDR10.
Both Blu-ray formats (1080p and 2160p) feature a Dolby Atmos soundtrack in English, as well as DTS Digital Surround 5.1 in French, and English DVS 2.0. Subtitles are provided in English SDH, French and Spanish.
Bonus features on the Blu-ray editions include “Virtuoso Performances,” “An Unforgettable Friendship,” and “Going Beyond the Green Book.”
Green Book can be pre-ordered from Amazon for $22.48 (Blu-ray) or $24.99 (4k Blu-ray).
