SPHE took plenty of time establishing a confirmed release date for Sicario: Day of the Soldado, but now we know the film will be available in disc formats and On Demand on Oct. 2, 2018. We’ve also got the official artwork (pictured above) for the Blu-ray, 4k Blu-ray and DVD editions that features Benicio Del Toro and Josh Brolin back-to-back.
Pre-orders of Sicario: Day of the Soldado are selling for $26.34 (Blu-ray) or $29.99 (4k Blu-ray) on Amazon, and $24.99 (Blu-ray) or $29.99 (4k Blu-ray) at Best Buy.
On digital, Sicario: Day of the Soldado will release several weeks earlier and can be pre-ordered for $19.99 from most services including Amazon Video, Apple iTunes, and Vudu. In fact, Google Play is selling the HD version for one dollar cheaper at $18.99. And, Apple, Fandango and Vudu are selling the 4k UHD version of the film for $19.99.
In Sicario: Day of the Soldado, Benicio Del Toro returns as the mysterious Alejandro Gillick along with Josh Brolin as special task force leader Matt Graver. Isabela Moner, Catherine Keener and Matthew Modine are also among cast members in this Rated R film led by Italian director Stefano Sollima.
