We had been trying to find out if Dish Network would actually be offering the FIFA World Cup in 4k/HDR, and just got word that it is indeed providing the tournament on their dedicated 4k Channel 540.
The tournament started on Thursday, June 14 with Russia vs. Saudi Arabia and will run through Sunday, July 15th. On Friday, June 15th there are a total of three matches scheduled starting at 6:00 a.m. ET. See a full schedule of the 2018 World Cup.
