The biggest cinematic release of the year is now available on disc. Disney/Marvel’s Black Panther can be purchased in 2-disc Blu-ray and Ultra HD Blu-ray editions with plenty of extras including a Director’s Intro, roundtable discussion, deleted scenes and more. Additional formats today include DVD, On Demand rentals, and Digital SD (previously unavailable with last week’s early digital release.
From TV this week now on Blu-ray you can pick up Adult Swim’s Rick and Morty: Season 3 and Season Two of The Shannara Chronicles from Paramount.
Steelbook editions of The Adventures Of Buckaroo Banzai Across The 8th Dimension (1981) and Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure (1989) are both available.
From the archives Andrei Tarkovsky’s The Sacrifice (1986) is available in a new transfer from a 4k restoration, Cinerama films Windjammer: The Voyage of the Christian Radich (1958) and This is Cinerama (1952) have been restored and remastered for Blu-ray, and, 40’s romantic comedy A Lady Takes a Chance (1941) has been released.
On 4k Blu-ray this week Black Panther, Braveheart, Die Hard (30th Anniversary) and Gladiator have all been released.
