It’s a big week for new Blu-ray titles especially on Ultra HD Blu-ray. Heading off Tuesday’s new movies to disc is Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk on Blu-ray and 4k Blu-ray. The film was previously released to digital on Dec. 12 but can now be purchased in packaged media from Warner Bros. with plenty of bonus featurettes and a code to redeem a Digital Copy. Both Blu-ray releases offer the soundtrack in DTS-HD Master Audio.
Also new this week is Warner Bros.’ animated feature The Lego Ninjago Movie available on both Blu-ray and Ultra HD Blu-ray. Each of the combo editions come with an extra disc (DVD or Blu-ray) and a code to redeem a Digital Copy with Movies Anywhere. Both Blu-ray editions provide English audio in Dolby Atmos and Dolby TrueHD 7.1.
And, the thriller Mother! from director Darren Aronofsky is also available in Blu-ray and 4k Blu-ray combo editions from Paramount each with an extra disc (either DVD or Blu-ray) and Digital Copy. Both Blu-ray editions feature English audio in Dolby Atmos and Dolby TrueHD 7.1.
