Warner Bros. has officially announced the release dates for Mad Max: Fury Road on Digital HD, Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D, and DVD. The Digital HD format will pre-date Blu-ray and DVD by three weeks, releasing on Tuesday, August 11th. All three disc editions of Mad Max: Fury Road (Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D, DVD) will contain redemption codes for digital copies via UltraViolet. And, extra bonus material for the Blu-ray edition includes featurettes such as “Maximum Fury: Filming Fury Road,” “The Tools of the Wasteland,” and “The Five Wives: So Shiny, So Chrome” among the nine listed.
The Blu-ray 3D edition will contain three discs (Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray, DVD), while the standard 2D Blu-ray edition will contain two discs (Blu-ray, DVD).
Mad Max: Fury Road on Blu-ray/Blu-ray 3D is formatted in 1080p at 2.4:1 widescreen aspect ratio, with English audio in Dolby Atmos.
