The NBC Sports Live Extra app channel has been added to the Roku lineup, bringing over 3,000 live sporting events a year fr0m NBC, NBCSN and Golf Channel. While the service provides hours of on demand content to anyone with the app, live streaming is only available to customers who get NBCSN through a cable or satellite TV provider.
Live events available on NBC Sports Live Extra include the Summer and Winter Olympics; Sunday Night Football and NBC’s NFL pre-season and post-season coverage; NHL regular-season games and Stanley Cup Playoffs; the PGA TOUR, including the FedExCup Playoffs; the Premier League; the Triple Crown; Notre Dame football; Tour de France; and Formula One.
Original programming such as “The Dan Patrick Show” and “Men In Blazers” are also available on the NBC Sports Live Extra channel.
The NBC Sports Live Extra app channel is available on Roku players and Roku TV models. To authenticate live streaming, follow the instructions on the app that guide you to a website URL to enter an activation code. Once verified with the username and password used with your service provider, the app on Roku will automatically start streaming the feed chosen.
The NBC Sports Live Extra app is also available on Apple TV.
my dish provider does not offer this service on their lineup. I have a roku player. Ihave a roku code to put in.I cannot get beyond authorization required. Help me if you can. thanks.
