Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues is now available on Blu-ray Disc from Paramount Home Media. The 3-Disc combo includes three versions of the film: the theatrical version, an unrated version, and a “Super-Sized R-Rated Version with 763 New Jokes.” The edition also includes over 90 minutes of deleted and alternative scenes, rare cast tapes, gag reels, audio commentaries, and original script read-throughs. A DVD and Digital HD copy are included.
47 Ronin is now available on disc in both Blu-ray and 3D Blu-ray Combo Pack editions, each of which contain DVD and Digital HD copies of the film. Bonus material on all three disc editions include deleted scenes and the featurette “Re-forging the Legend.” Additional material on the Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D packs includes the exclusive featurettes “Keanu & Kai,” “Steel Fury: The Fights of 47 Ronin,” and “Myths, Magic & Monsters: The FX of 47 Ronin.”
And, you can go retro with several films from the 60’s and 70’s that have been digitally remastered for Blu-ray Disc. King Kong vs. Godzilla (1963) and King Kong Escapes (1968) are both now available on Blu-ray for true fans of early monster films. Fans of Clint Eastwood can pick up remastered high-definition copies of Two Mules For Sister Sara (1970) and Joe Kidd (1972). And, John Wayne fans can pick up The War Wagon (1967) starring Wayne and Kirk Douglas, or Rooster Cogburn (1975) that stars Wayne along with 4-time Oscar-winner Katharine Hepburn. By the way, the Clint Eastwood and John Wayne releases from Universal also include Digital HD copies of each film.
