Paramount has announced the release dates for Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit on Blu-ray Disc, DVD, Digital HD, and On Demand will be Tuesday, June 10, 2014. The Blu-ray Combo Pack will include a DVD and Digital HD copy via UltraViolet, along with close to an hour of bonus material. Extras include audio commentaries from Kenneth Branagh & Lorenzo di Bonaventura, deleted and extended scenes, and several featurettes.
The Blu-ray Disc is presented in 1080p high definition with English 7.1 DTS-HD Master Audio, French 5.1 Dolby Digital, Spanish 5.1 Dolby Digital, Portuguese 5.1 Dolby Digital and English Audio Description and English, English SDH, French, Spanish and Portuguese subtitles.
The film will also be available as a single-disc DVD but does not include all the bonus material.
Based on writer Tom Clancy’s character and novels, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit was directed by Kenneth Branagh (Frankenstein) who also stars in the film along with Chris Pine (Star Trek), Kevin Costner (Dances with Wolves), and Keira Knightley (Anna Karenina).
