Time Warner Cable has announced expansion of the PBS Kids channel Sprout to multiple markets nationwide, including New York and Los Angeles. The 24-hour network geared towards pre-school kids has also been expanded to more Bright House networks. The channel broadcasts popular children shows such as “Caillou,” “Sesame Street,” and “Noodle & Doodle,” as well as Sprout originals including “Lazytown” and “Tree Fu Tom.” The programming is also offered On Demand to watch anytime.
Other TWC markets with expanded access to Sprout include: Orlando, FL; Syracuse, Rochester and Albany, NY; Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and Corpus Christi, TX; Honolulu, HI; and Kansas City, MO.
