Comcast offers Extreme 305 service in Northeast

Comcast is now offering their Extreme 305 internet service throughout most major markets in the Northeast. The service provides download speeds up to 305 Mbps, and upload speeds maxing at 65 Mbps. Comcast also says they now offer the fastest wireless service (using data from Allion Test Labs) at 155 Mbps bandwidth. As a bonus, Comcast is also giving Extreme 305 customers Xfinity Signature Support Complete Home at no extra charge. “Extreme 305 reaffirms our commitment to being the fastest Internet service provider in the nation,” said Cathy Avgiris, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Data and Communications Services at Comcast.
