Mass Effect 3 extended cut released for PC, PS3, Xbox

If you’re a Mass Effect fan you’ll be excited to know the Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut has been released for PS3 owers. Just in case you missed the news last week, the free extended cut is available to download for PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. According to Bioware, the extended cut includes “deeper insight to Commander Shepard’s journey based on player choices.” To view the extended cut you’ll need to first download the DLC then load your last auto save before the game’s final mission on Earth. Why an extended cut for Mass Effect 3? According to Bioware’s Casey Hudson, “it’s tough to let go of a storyline and characters that you enjoy,” and “a lot of people just wanted more closure.”
