Amazon has announced a deal with Disney/ABC that adds 800 titles to their Prime Instant Video streaming service. The content will come from ABC Studios, The Disney Channel, ABC Family, and Marvel and is available free-of-charge to Amazon Prime members. Titles to be added to the Instant Video library include Lost and Grey’s Anatomy (available 11/1/11), Felicity, The Disney Channel’s Phineas & Ferb, and Marvel’s X-Men Evolution.
Amazon has recently announced deals with FOX, CBS, NBC-Universal, and PBS to add more movies and TV shows to the almost 13,000 title streaming library. Amazon’s upcoming Kindle Fire device will be able to stream movies from the Instant Video collection.
