“House” Season Seven on Blu-ray Disc and DVD will hit shelves August 30, 2011. The Universal Studios Home Entertainment release will contain all 23 episodes of the FOX production, along with over three hours of added content. Extras include the featurettes “Meet Martha Masters,” “Huddy Dissected,” “Anatomy of an Episode: Bombshells,” and “Thirteen Returns.” Director, writer, and producer commentaries also add extra content to the episodes.
The Blu-ray Discs are formatted in 1.78:1 widescreen aspect ratio with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1. Subtitles are included in English and Spanish. Features exclusive to Blu-ray include BD-Live, U-Control, pocket BLU, and My Scenes.
Robert Sean Leonard, Omar Epps, Jesse Spencer, Peter Jacobson, Amber Tamblyn and Olivia Wilde return as the The Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital team.
Guest stars in Season Seven include Candice Bergen (“Boston Legal”), Jennifer Grey (Dirty Dancing), Jack Coleman (“Heroes”) and Michael Gladis (“Mad Men”).
