Cox Communications has stepped up March Madness coverage for customers in Fairfax County and Fredericksburg by offering high-definition broadcasts of all 67 games of the tournament. The games will be available on CBS (CH 709), TBS (CH 722 in Fairfax County and CH 709 in Fredericksburg), TNT(CH 714) and truTV (CH 895).
“Cox Advanced TV offers a great value for basketball fans this season and in addition to providing access to March Madness games on CBS HD, TNT HD and TBS HD, we’re excited to also offer game coverage on truTV HD,” said Jonathan Freeland, VP of Marketing for Cox VA.
The 2011 Division I Men’s Basketball Championship starts with the NCAA FIRST FOUR on truTV Tuesday, March 15 and Wednesday, March 16 and concludes with the FINAL FOUR semifinals and national championship game on CBS on Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 4, respectively.
