DirecTV subscribers now have access to more HD content On-Demand, with the addition of HBO, Cinemax and regular programming from NBC. Although the the premium networks HBO and Cinemax were added to the VOD library late last year, HD content was finally added last week.
Earlier this month, DirecTV added programming from NBC to their VOD library. NBC shows can be found on Channel 1004.
Subscribers must have a DIRECTV Plus HD DVR (HR20 or HR21 model) with internet connection in order to view the Video-On-Demand content.
DIRECTV CINEMA offers over 6,000 shows and movies to choose from at no extra charge to subscribers.
