Cablevision, who has been blocked from broadcasting the World Series due to disputes with FOX over carriage fees, says it will credit customers $10 per monthly bill for two cycles for the price of watching the games on MLB.com. The company announced the reimbursement option just after the first game of the series started. A consolation for not carrying the World Series on television? Not really. But customers who want to watch on a larger screen could actually output their computers to their HDTVs with the right cable. But the better option would be to connect an antenna and watch the World Series in HD for free.
