GTA: Episodes from Liberty City released for PS3 and PC

Today marks the release of Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City for the Playstation 3 and PC. The compilation includes both The Lost and the Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony, the two DLC packs that were timed-exclusives for the Xbox 360 version of GTA IV last year.

The Lost and the Damned, the first of the episodes, has the player controlling Johnny Klebitz, a member of a biker gang fresh out of prison. The second, The Ballad of Gay Tony, casts you as Luis Lopez, an assistant to the Gay Tony character first introduced in GTA IV. Both episodes feature characters from GTA IV, including a cameo appearance from that game’s protagonist, Niko Bellic.

Episodes from Liberty City features new in-game songs, TV shows, weapons, vehicles, and multiplayer modes. Best of all, this is a standalone title — Grand Theft Auto IV is not required to play the game. See Amazon for pricing. And, check out the awesome new trailer below.
