‘Monsters vs. Aliens’ headed for Blu-ray

Paramount and DreamWorks Animation have announced “Monsters vs. Aliens” will be released on Blu-ray Disc Sept. 29, the same day as the standard-def DVD. No specifics were given yet, except that the discs will include the world premiere of the new 3D adventure B.O.B.’s Big Break.

“Monsters vs. Aliens” was released in U.S. theaters on March 27 and features voiceovers from actors Seth Rogen, Reese Witherspoon, Kiefer Sutherland, and Renée Zellweger.
