Charter Communications has announced plans to add six new HD (high-definition) channels on August 27. The cable television provider will add Fox Sports Net (FSN), Animal Planet-HD, Smithsonian Channel-HD, TBS-HD, In-Demand-HD and The Movie Channel-HD.
If you are a Milwaukee Brewers fan, the addition of FSN-WI (Wisconsin) HD will bring at least 12 of the team’s games in high-definition.
“We are delighted to bring our customers Brewers’ games in HD down the stretch drive to the playoffs,” said Lisa Washa, Charter vice president and general manager for Wisconsin.
