Google is rolling out a new brand name for the Google Play Movies & TV app on Android mobile devices. The app is now called Google TV and over the next few weeks in the US will replace the Google Play Movies & TV with updates.
The Google TV app includes the same features found on the Google Play Movies & TV app, including the ability to purchase or rent movies and TV shows for viewing on Android mobile devices, PCs, and TVs.
