Guillermo del Toro’s masterpiece of dark fantasy Pan’s Labyrinth “El Laberinto del Fauno” has been remastered for release on 4k Ultra HD Blu-ray. The 2-disc edition from New Line Cinema includes an Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc, Blu-ray Disc, and Digital Copy redeemable in 4k through supporting digital retailers.
Pan’s Labyrinth was written and directed by Guillermo del Toro and stars Ivana Baquero, Ariadna Gil, and Sergi López. The story takes place in the early Francoist period of Spain in 1944, five years after the Spanish Civil War when the stepdaughter of a Falangist Captain befriends a mysterious faun creature.
