We’ve got a release for Bad Boys (1995) and Bad Boys II (2003) on 4k Ultra HD Blu-ray. Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will drop a 4-disc edition containing both films along with Blu-ray copies on September 4, 2018. The combo editions will also include a Digital 4k copy (presumably) with UltraViolet and/or Movies Anywhere.
The 4k Blu-ray Discs feature native 2160p video with High Dynamic Range (HDR10) color depth on TVs that support it. Audio has also been upgraded and is offered in immersive Dolby Atmos as well as compatible Dolby TrueHD 7.1 channel surround sound.
The 4-disc edition of Bad Boys / Bad Boys II 4k Blu-ray carries an MSRP of $45.99 but is selling for $29.99 on Amazon (roughly $15 per disc).
The Michael Bay-directed films star Martin Lawrence and Will Smith as two detectives who investigate drug-related crimes and cartels in Miami Florida.
